Leaera Ltd. is providing business advisory services for domestic and international investors. The goal of Zoran Kunkera, founder and a managing director and his team of associates, is to maximize the business potential of a client’s project and help small and medium- sized enterprises to overcome crisis situations. Work location can be negotiated with the client. The necessity of frequent travel is fully understood.

ACTIVITIES

The company is currently engaged (also) in:

1. planning, contracting or managing new construction projects – mega-yacht and high-end cruise ships, and

2. presenting or implementing and managing projects for the treatment of all types of hazardous waste, based on high-level processes and facilities for its disposal, to investors from Central and Eastern Europe as well as to the Middle East countries.

In the previous period company managed and successfully completed construction projects for nautical- accommodation complex (the marina for mega-yachts and premium hotel), plant for the food production (confectionery products) as well as several projects of construction and reconstruction of commercial or special purpose vessels.

MANAGEMENT BOARD

Zoran Kunkera gained his experience, among others, on leading positions in Croatian shipyards, one of the largest nautical centres on the Adriatic coast, as well as working with a leading U.S. company (Island Global Yachting) and one of Turkey’s largest holding companies (Dogus Group) as a specialist for development and management of marinas for mega-yachts.
