Selecting the most appropriate hotel brands for management of hotel complex “Sibenik” (in development) owned by Croatian- American- Turkish company. Recommending the best model of hotel management and preparing the shortlist of potential hotel managers for a client.
Presenting the “Sibenik Hotels” project to companies interested in managing the object and introducing potential hotel managers into the project development.
All activities were performed in cooperation with Sinhron Group Ltd. and Vestiga, London.
